Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Highland Shop. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any item that is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.  To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the process.  Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund or exchange your item for a different one, depending on your preference.
